Forbes CEO Global Conference Gala Dinner (2006 – 2008) The Forbes Global CEO Conference is an annual three-day event attended by more than 400 global CEOs, tycoons, entrepreneurs, up-and-comers, capitalists and thought leaders for intensive and interactive discussions about critical and current issues and to build important business relationships. Exquisite Tastes by Sentosa is honoured to cater for the Gala Dinner throughout the 3 years.
	World Gourmet Summit (2006 – 2008) Exquisite Tastes by Sentosa has been actively involved in World Gourmet Summit since 2006. Designed to give guests a unique dining experience, the Sentosa Safari brings guests on a trip of discovery around the island. Each of the three stops during the safari showcases the best cuisine that is available on the island. Sentosa also hosted the scrumptious finale of Gourmet Barbecue.
	Singapore Food Festival (2004 - 2008) The Singapore Food Festival – a Uniquely Singapore event – takes all those good feelings and memories, and pours it all into a single month of culinary celebrations in July. Exquisite Tastes by Sentosa has participated yearly to showcase our culinary expertise. Fort Flavours - an exclusive 2-day only presentation – of Singapore Food Festival 2007 has won a 2008 IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Award for Best New Event (Within an Existing Festival).
	Barclay’s Singapore Open (2005 – 2008) The Barclays Singapore Open was held on Sentosa Golf Clubin 2005 – 2008. Leading international and Asian golfers will vie for the US$5 million prize purse, Asia's richest national Open. For 4 years, Exquisite Taste by Sentosa participated as one of the public catering service stalls.
