Si bon |
Si bon is an exquisite boutique Japanese restaurant located in a historic converted military chapel and retaining the original handmade brick walls. Designed and operated by the resort's architect Masaki Miyake, it is rated as one of the finest Japanese restaurants in the region, serving dishes known as "Kushikatsu", a Japanese delicacy in which high quality ingredients are skewered and deep fried. It is rare outside of Japan, and unique in Singapore.
